Swear Jar Buy on Pons

Every trade pays the jar. Cash out.

Every trade pays the swear jar. Burn SWEAR, take your share in USDG, any block.

A 2% fee rides on every trade of SWEAR, and most of it ends up in a jar with no owner and no way out except through you. Want your share? Burn your SWEAR and the jar pays you in the same block.

USDG in the jar right now: --

Redeeming is not the same as selling. The jar’s number is the smaller of the two, always.

Level = what has landed Above = owed, not moved
01

Four sentences and you know the whole thing.

No lock-up, no schedule, no promise about the price. Just a fee, a jar nobody can open, and a door you can walk out of whenever you like.

01

Every trade pays 2%.

Buy SWEAR or sell it and 2% of the trade is taken as a fee. Most of that fee is owed to the jar. It happens on every single trade, including yours.

02

The jar has no owner.

The jar is a contract with nobody in charge of it and no way to withdraw. Once USDG is inside, no wallet on earth can take it out. Not the team, not us, not anyone.

03

Anyone can top it up.

Fees the token has earned wait outside the jar until somebody moves them in. That is one click, open to anyone, costing only gas. It pays the person who clicks it nothing at all.

04

You can leave any block.

Burn your SWEAR and the jar sends you your share of the USDG inside it, in the same block. No queue, no permission, no window, no waiting for anyone.

The only two ways out

Someone cashes out.

USDG leaves the jar when a holder burns SWEAR and takes their share. That is a swap you choose to make: fewer tokens outstanding, less USDG inside.

Fixed in code

The team's slice.

A tenth of everything that lands in the jar goes to the team's wallet. That is 0.17% of trade volume. It is a constant compiled into the contract. Nobody can raise it, lower it or point it somewhere else.

02

The Count.

Next count in
--:--:--
Daily · 20:00 UTC Open to anyone

Once a day, at 20:00 UTC, somebody tops the jar up and posts the day's figure. It can be you. It costs gas, it pays nothing, and it is the only ritual this token has.

Nothing depends on The Count happening. If nobody shows up, the fees simply wait. Cashing out works exactly the same either way.

03

The chain's own figures.

Fetched live and re-read every ten seconds. The small print under each figure is the chain's wording rather than ours. This is the raw half of the page. A blank means the chain has not answered yet.

In the jar -- USDG sitting in the jar right now, payable to holders who burn.
Paid out so far -- taken by holders who cashed out
Not moved in yet -- earned by the token, not moved in yet
Ready to land -- lands on the next top-up
Last top-up -- looking for it in the jar's own history…
Last cash-out -- looking for it in the jar's own history…
Where the money isUSDG · to scale
nothing has moved yet
  • Paid out so far -- Gone: holders burned SWEAR and took this out. It is counted here because it came out of the same pot.
  • In the jar -- Sitting in the jar this second, payable to anyone who burns. This is the band that fills the glass above.
  • Not moved in yet -- Earned by the token, still outside the jar. Hatched because it is owed, not held. One top-up moves it in.

Three live figures, one measure, drawn to scale. If a band is missing the chain has not answered for it yet; nothing here is estimated.

Type how much SWEAR you want to burn. You will see exactly what the jar will pay before you sign anything, and the burn and the payment happen together or not at all.

Anyone, any time

Top up the jar.

This moves the fees the token has already earned into the jar. Anybody can do it, it costs you gas, and it pays you nothing. It just makes everyone's share bigger.

05

Read before you buy.

The short list of everything that can go wrong or surprise you. Read it once; it is not long.

The launchpad this token runs on is third-party code and it has not been audited. We did not write it and we cannot fix it.

The launchpad's owner could send future fees somewhere other than the jar, after three days of public notice. Money already in the jar cannot be touched by that, or by anything else.

Some fees only reach the jar once the launchpad sweeps them. Until that happens they are earned but not inside, which is exactly the gap you see above the level line.

The jar pays out in USDG, which is issued by Paxos. Paxos can freeze it. That is outside this token's control.

The jar contract is small, open-source and unaudited. Read it yourself before you trust it with anything you care about.

What 1M SWEAR redeems for is a small fraction of what 1M SWEAR trades for. The two numbers are not the same thing and you should never assume they will meet.

Swear Jar is not affiliated with Robinhood in any way. It is a token that happens to live on Robinhood Chain.

06

Receipts.

Six things worth checking before you buy, every one of them read off the chain while you look at this page, and every one of them written out in plain words. The unedited read is one click away, with every address, every function call and the launchpad’s own record of this launch.

Every sentence above is worked out in your browser from what the chain answered on the last poll. Nothing here is typed in by hand, and a line that cannot be read says so instead of guessing. The answer itself, word for word, with every address, every function it called and a command you can run yourself, is on the proof page.
