Cash out

Two signatures: approve(jar, amount) on SWEAR, then smash(amount, minOut) on the jar. The jar burns the SWEAR and sends you heldInVault × amount ÷ totalSupply USDG in the same block. minOut is set to 99% of the live preview.

The Count · 20:00 UTC daily

Anyone calls pull(). The jar card gets posted.

Whoever is first pays the gas. The card is this page's top block at that moment: what 1M SWEAR redeems for, USDG in the jar, and the pull tx.

Disclosures

  1. Pons V2 is unaudited. The launch factory, bonding curve, Uniswap v4 hook, fee escrow and LP locker are third-party contracts. The jar only receives what they pay out.
  2. The jar contract is small, open-source and unaudited. It has no owner, no upgrade, no pause and no withdraw. That also means nobody can patch it. Read the source before you trust it.
  3. The Pons owner can redirect FUTURE fees. The factory owner (a Safe, ) can change this token's creator fee recipient away from the jar, but only through a 3-day public timelock. USDG already in the jar is not affected. This page reads pendingCreatorFeeRecipient on every refresh and turns red the moment a change is proposed.
  4. Buy-side fees reach the jar only after Pons' sweep. After graduation, fees on ordinary (exact-input) buys are collected in SWEAR inside the hook and only Pons' fee-sweep operator can convert and release them. While any such SWEAR fee is pending, pull() cannot sweep the pool's USDG fees either, so everything in the hook waits for that operator and lands on the next pull() after its sweep. All pre-graduation curve fees move whenever anyone calls pull().
  5. USDG is issued by Paxos and can be frozen by its issuer. If the jar's address were frozen, cash-outs and pulls in USDG would revert. Nothing on this page can prevent that.
  6. The redemption value is a small fraction of the market price. At typical valuations, what 1M SWEAR redeems for from the jar is far below what 1M SWEAR sells for. The block at the top shows the live ratio. It is not a promise about price.
  7. Not affiliated with Robinhood, Robinhood Chain, Paxos, Uniswap or Pons. Nothing here is investment advice. Numbers are what the chain returned at the time shown below; they can go to zero.
